How can we help?
We usually reply within one business day
Email us at [email protected] — for import problems, include the link you tried to import and roughly when you tried it, and we can look up exactly what went wrong.
Frequently asked
Which sources can I import from?
Instagram Reels and posts, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and virtually any recipe website. Share the link to Wrap from the share sheet, or paste it into the app.
My import is taking a while — is it stuck?
Caption-only imports usually finish in seconds. If the recipe lives in the video's voiceover or on-screen text, Wrap has to download and analyze the video, which can take a few minutes. You'll get a notification the moment it's ready — no need to keep the app open. If an import has been pending for more than 15 minutes, check Settings → Import Activity for details, or email us.
The extracted recipe has a mistake.
AI extraction is very good but not perfect — every recipe is editable, so you can fix quantities or steps in place. If a particular post extracted badly, send us the link; those examples directly improve the extractor.
Do I need an account?
No — you can start as a guest and your recipes stay on your library from day one. Creating an account with an email later keeps your library safe if you switch phones.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, recipes, images, and import history. You can also email us and we'll do it for you within a few days.
I'm a creator — a recipe was sourced from my post.
Wrap saves private, personal copies for individual users and never republishes content. If you'd still like something removed, email us with the link and we'll take care of it promptly.
